What is Bissy Swim’s return policy?
We accept returns on unworn item(s) in new condition with all original tags attached. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liners in place. All original packaging must also be included with returns.
You have 21 business days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.
Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
Can I return my item(s) after the 21 day period?
Any item(s) postmarked within 7 days outside of the 21 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will be processed for store credit. Any item(s) postmarked over 28 days from delivery date are ineligible for both refund and store credit and will be sent back to the customer.
Does my store credit expire?
No, there is not an expiration date on your Bissy Swim store credit.
Can I exchange my item(s) for a different size or color?
If you wish to exchange any item(s), please return the item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
When will I receive my refund?
Allow 3-5 business days from the date we receive your return for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. When you return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
How do I return my order?
For all U.S. orders, contact email@example.com for a prepaid shipping label. You can use your own shipping label if you choose not to use our pre-paid label.
To return your order:
- Add unwanted item(s) to box - double check that all original tags are attached!
- Fill out return form (included in order) and place in box with item(s).
- Stick the shipping label on the box.
- Take your return to USPS or schedule a pickup from your front door!
